Everton in title victory
And to clinch the title they had to beat reigning champions, Ryton Park.
Ryton Park, put into bat, lost wickets and found runs hard to come by as the Everton attack displayed no weaknesses and were restricted to a total of 125, their lowest of the season.

Hide AdEverton soon overhauled this target and did not lose a wicket until the last ball of the innings with their score on 147 and with victory already confirmed.
Great credit is due to the team managers, Gina Oakley and Mary Paton for their encouragement and skill in producing two talented teams.
Everton proved that a well organised small village school can compete with the best, while Ryton Park once again set the standard to beat and will certainly be back again next season.
