Worksop: Charity ride to the races in memory of Andrew raises more than £5,000 for Teenage Cancer Trust
And they have so far raised more than £5,000.
The ride was organised in memory of Worksop-born man Andrew Ellis who died suddenly last summer aged just 30.
Departing from Worksop and taking in racecourses at Doncaster and York before finishing at Ripon the 94-mile course was a homage to Andrew’s love of horse racing.

The Teenage Cancer Trust was chosen as a charity close to the heart of Andrew, who suffered from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma for a number of years.
Against the odds he beat the illness, and then supported other sufferers through their illness.
Donations to the charity have flooded with the current total standing at £5,322.
