Rasen developments will have an effect on roads and facilities
As previously reported, work on the first phase of the 300-plus homes Chantrey Park, off Caistor Road, is under way, as is a smaller development off around 30 homes in Linwood Road.
District councillor for the Market Rasen Ward, Coun Stephen Bunney said: “We welcome the developments, but are conscious that it will have an effect on local roads and facilities.

“The town council and Middle Rasen Parish Council will be working with myself and our other district councillors, who will lobby hard to ensure the receiving bodies use the money appropriately for the benefit of the area.
“Local knowledge and common sense is important at this stage to ensure money is investedto benefit all of the community.”
