NCS teens appeal to help transform Horncastle's Youth Centre
One group of NCS youngsters decorated the inside of the building last week as part of the scheme.
Now, another group will continue the work and are looking for donations of plants, soil and compost to help them improve the centre’s gardens.

Hide AdThe group will also continue to work on the inside of the building which will shortly re-open as a much needed youth centre for local youngsters.
NCS mentor Rose Bowskill said the group had already staged fund-raising events in the town to help cover the cost of the work.
She thanked businesses for their support which included paint wort more than £400.,
Ms Bowskill said donations of plants could be taken to the centre (off Jubilee Way) - next week when the teenagers will be hard at work

Hide AdThe NCS scheme is designed to encourage youngsters to improve a wide range of skills - and complete a commounity based project.
The current group includes Hannah Cuthbert and Oliver Grant who are both 16 and from Horncastle.
Both teenagers will be studying for A-levels at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School next term.
