Man from Skegness kicked partner's leg
A Skegness man who kicked his partner's leg during an argument has been given a conditional discharge by magistrates.
Nathan Michael Careless, 32, of Schrimshaw Court. admitted assaulting Julie Newcombe by beating on September 14.
The court in Boston heard that during a ‘very brief’ argument Ms Newcombe threw a phone at him, which missed and hit the wall - and he kicked her on the left leg.

Hide AdIt was said there was no domestic violence on his record at all and that he had walked away immediately.
As well as a six-month conditional discharge, Careless will have to pay £105 in costs and charges.
