A Louth woman has been found guilty of assaulting another woman by beating her.
Steffi-Marie Stephenson, 30, of Orchard Close, appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court yesterday (June 13) where she was found guilty of the assault, which took place in Louth on October 2 last year.
Stephenson had previously pleaded not guilty at the same court on April 5, and had maintained her innocence throughout.
After finding her guilty, the court gave Stephenson a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered her to pay £50 in compensation to the victim.
She was also ordered to pay £350 in court costs.
