Drink-drivers from Louth and Mablethorpe sentenced
Daniel Hewson, 22, of Hawker Drive, Louth, pleaded guilty to driving in Ramsgate Road on February 13, while he had 49 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in his system. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
He was ordered to pay a £300 fine, £85 in court costs, and a £32 victim surcharge when was sentenced on March 5. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Hide AdIn the same court, on the same day, David Brearey, 55, of Alexandra Road, Mablethorpe, pleaded guilty to driving in Seacroft Road on February 13 while he had 46 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in his system. He was banned from driving for 14 months.
Brearey was also ordered to pay a £120 fine, plus £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
