Artistic children got hands-on this half term designing their very own dreamcatchers as part of the Hands on Holidays workshop at The Harley Gallery in Welbeck.
Designed to inspire creativity in youngsters, the one hour workshops are part of a series of events led by the Harley’s education and engagement Manager, Dayle Green.
The children learnt the basics of weaving, textures and patterns to create their own dreamcatcher- a woven web which in Native American cultures was hung over a child’s bed to catch bad dreams.
