The Four Cross Roads Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at Four Cross Roads Inn, Swineshead Road, Frampton Holme was given the score after assessment on October 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Boston's 59 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 54 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
