Worksop: Dukeries are back with a slice of 1920s-style farce
Dukeries Theatre Group return to the Acorn Theatre in worksop next week to present their autumn show, the 1920s period farce Rookery Nook.
The Twines live in a quiet seaside village.
Gertrude Twine rents Rookery Nook for her sister and her new husband Gerald, whose cousin Clive is also invited.
Gerald’s wife is delayed, so he is alone at the holiday home when the attractive Rhoda Marley knocks on the door, seeking shelter from her overbearing German stepfather
