SLBL: Second attempt to get underway

Belton Park, who narrowly survived relegation last season, host Boston 2nd, promoted from Division One last season.

Hide AdThe team to watch will be Division One champions Market Deeping 2nd, who were unbeaten in 2015 and start their Premier Division campaign at home to Bourne 2nd.
The final game is between last year’s mid-table sides Billingborough and Stamford Town.
Divisions One and Two will start properly on April 30, but this weekend sees one Division One match between Heckington and newly-promoted Baston.
Division Two has two games, Spalding 3rd taking on Grantham 4th at home while Claypole travel to Pinchbeck, both sides narrowly missing out on the promotion places last year.

Hide AdSunday sees the first match in the new South Lincolnshire & Border League Cup which is sponsored by Dewhurst Trophies of Boston.
This is a 40-over-a-side competition with bowlers restricted to 10 overs.
Ten teams from Divisions One and Two will contest the competition and this weekend Freiston begin their challenge at home to Graves Park.
The final will be held at Bourne on September 10.
