“We need six or more volunteers.
“I’ve got four public volunteers and I feel there might have been some council volunteers when this was first bought up.
“Because it was June/July when they expressed the interest, I will go back to those members of the public and ask if they are still interested and then we can take it from there.”
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Mayor Councillor Stephen Bunney said: I know one person said they would be happy to volunteer if it is ‘right outside my house.’

“I still think we will get six people.”
As previously reported, Market Rasen Town Council has formed a group of councillors, led by Councillor June Clark, who will take the project forward.
The council decided to launch the scheme after concerns were raised about the speed of vehicles coming into the town on all of the major routes.
