Homes in Burgh le Marsh are left without water after damage to a local hydrant
and live on Freeview channel 276
One resident spoke of hearing a loud bang at 8am before water gushed into his garden and around the property next door.
Gary Bennett, who lives opposite the garage in Station Road said: "When I looked out of the window it was like a river flowing around the house.

Hide Ad"My wife had seeded the lawn and planted the garden up but we are hoping when the water has gone it will be all right."
He said he believed the water would be off until about 8pm tonight (Tuesday).
An Anglian Water spokesperson told the Standard: “Our teams are currently working to restore supplies to a number of properties in Burgh le Marsh, near Skegness, after third-party damage to a local hydrant caused a small number of gardens to flood.
"In order to prevent further flooding, the main has been isolated to enable our teams to complete the necessary repairs.
"We hope to have supplies restored within the next couple of hours.”
