Recycling centre changes
It comes after Lincolnshire County Council withdrew its financial support - to save cash in light of budget cuts.
North Lincolnshire Council cabinet member for neighbourhoods Coun Neil Poole said:“The law requires councils to make arrangements for their residents to be able to dispose of their excess waste and recycling. This does not include making provision for residents in neighbouring areas.

Residents can buy an access permit for £120 a year for their chosen site for up to 12 visits per year.
