Nostalgia: Schoolchildren get a taste of India and winners announced in school Easter bonnet competition

The year group had been studying India for the past two terms. To mark the end of the work, the pupils were invited to visit the Green Elachi Indian restaurant, in Ruskington, over two days to experience food typical of the nation.

More than 60 children entered the competition and showed off their bonnets in a parade in front of the school in the morning.
