Advice on how to save on your energy bills
The newly merged organisation says it is helping residents find the best tariff for their circumstances through a variety of ways, including:
n Making people aware of the savings that can be made by switching fuel providers or re-negotiating

Hide Adn Providing information about help available from energy suppliers and Government for people struggling to pay their energy bills
n Providing information about how consumers might save money by using less energy and sources of advice and help around energy efficiency
n Referring residents to its team of experienced advisers for further help with fuel debts and other problems.
It gives a recent case study in which its advisers were able to save one resident more than £400 a year.
