The organisation helps trace missing people, with volunteers often asked to travel the length and breadth of the country, whether it be mountain, moorland or fenland.
A film showed how dogs are trained to find missing people, ignoring any livestock they encounter.

During refreshments, search and rescue dogs Abbie and Rob joined the meeting and stole everyone’s hearts.
The next meeting will be in the village hall on Thursday, February 4, at 7.15pm, when Jenny Johnson will be leading a crafting evening.
As well as speaking about her many crafty pursuits, multi-talented Jenny will be passing on her skills in 3D card making.

All materials will be supplied to make your own card to take home.
Visitors fee is £3.80, which includes refreshments.
