Jason Simms, 38, of Wainfleet Road, Skegness. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, on April 13, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. At Skegness, in Grand Parade, on December 29, 2019, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with him in a public place an offensive weapon, namely a baseball bat. John Keane, 53, of Roman Bank, Skegness. In Skegness, in Roman Bank, on August 21, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 86 microgrammes in 100 millilitres.
