Committed to detention in a young offender’s institute for 21 days. Also ordered to pau £85 court costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
DISORDER
Adam Smith, 31, of Hazelby Road, Creswell.Had with him in a public place, namely Morrison’s in Worksop, a folding pocket knife. Also stole a quantity of items, to the value of £129.57, belonging to the store. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months.
