Dan takes the helm as Walter’s branches out to Louth
Independent family firm Walters Estate Agents was established in 1790, and is one of Lincolnshire’s longest established estate agents.
Despite the pandemic, the housing market across the region has still experienced high levels of activity in both the sales and lettings fields, and it is for this reason that Walters decided to expand their business into new territories.

Hide AdDan Holland has taken on the Louth region, and brings with him 22 years of estate agency experience and has vast knowledge of the town.
Dan said: “I first worked full time in estate agency in 1998 following my A Levels.
“This job was offered to me, by one of Louth’s established Agents, Philip Stevens Estate Agents (now known as Hunters) following two years of holiday work.
“I really fell in love with the industry and covered both sales and lettings. As my career developed, I concentrated on the sales side and enjoyed a lot of success as a valuer.

“My Grandpa was born in Louth, in 1928, and lived here until he was married.
“My mum will be well known to many of the local residents as she was a school teacher, working the majority of her career - some 38 years - at Kidgate School.
“I attended Kidgate School and Cordeaux High School. I also met my wife, Karen, when she worked at New Look.

“We know our unique approach to marketing and sales combined with our award-winning customer service, which saw us pick up the gold award in the recent British Property Awards and the All Agents customer awards, will really serve the people of Louth well.”
